Come and enjoy this location with your feet in the water to share an unforgettable stay between lake and city; its terrace overlooking the lake will seduce you.
In a magnificent 60 m2 apartment delivered in 2022 offering you two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room/kitchen as well as a terrace.
The old town of Annecy being a few minutes away on foot or by bike, you will have all the necessary comfort during your stay here without needing to take your car.
You have a garage available for 1 car as well as a bicycle storage room at your disposal.
Upon your arrival, if there is a change in the composition of the beds which has not been communicated to the agency before, there will be a charge of 30 euros for the service.
Mandatory extras in addition to the rate/night are:
- cleaning (price per property) is included in the reservation automatically
- Bed and bathroom linen (NOT INCLUDED): 16.90 euros/person, to be paid before your arrival.
We want you to fully enjoy your vacation, so between each traveler the cleaning and the beds are made.
